Insolvency

Although insolvency laws remain ineffective in Kosovo, our firm has valuable experience in insolvency given that some of our members have practiced abroad. In an effort to develop the capacities of insolvency practitioners in Kosovo, some of our members have held specialized training programs for insolvency practitioners in Kosovo. Regardless of the present problems with the enforcement of insolvency laws in Kosovo, our firm continues to provide advice to our clients on insolvency laws and to assist them to prevent insolvency by implementing innovative restructuring arrangements that benefit the company and its creditors.
