In 2011 Mr. Dastid Pallaska was invited by the Mayor of Prishtina to write the section on the administrative regulation of Prishtina, which was going to be published in the Monograph dedicated to the Capital of Kosovo. Although he was offered compensation for this work, Mr. Pallaska accepted the engagement only on pro bonobasis.
