Our firm offers a full range of services on employment law. These services include assessments that are aimed to identify risks in the companies of our clients so that they are able to minimize employee grievances, labor inspectorate fines and unnecessary legal disputes. In addition to this, we provide our clients with advice on employment agreements as well as the development of internal legal instruments on employment regulation, code of ethics and disciplinary proceedings.

In addition to offering our clients with counsel on legal requirements on employee salary and pension benefits, we assist our clients to develop incentive based plans and programs, ranging from profit sharing, employee stock ownership, severances packages. These types of services are offered to regular companies as well as to companies that have underwent a transformational transaction. In merger and acquisition cases, we have experience in assessing the impact of employee related issues on such transactions as well as the impact of such transactions on the employees. Furthermore, we offer post-transaction aftercare to new owners to implement changes related to the labor force of the company.
