We have been involved in the largest and most complex abuse of dominance case in Kosovo, which has made us the leading firm in this field. In addition to this, we offer our clients advice on competition law compliance in order to prevent infringements. In this respect, in addition to abuse of dominant position cases, we have considerable experience with other competition law matters, such as restrictive agreements, merger control, and other trade related matters with impact on competition law.

In addition to the above, our attorneys have held seminars on different areas of competition law together with the representatives of the Competition Authority of Kosovo. Finally, we are one of the very few – if not the only – firm with experience in the procedures governing the adjudication of competition disputes.
