Background:

Gazmend Pallaska is a legal counsel with around 30 years of experience in administrative law, corporate law and intellectual property law. Prior to founding the firm, he served as General Counsel in a number of prominent domestic and international corporations. Furthermore, he worked for a number of international consulting companies as a senior legal counsel for insolvency, commercial law and administrative law. Previously, Mr. Pallaska held senior management positions in a number of public entities in Kosovo, including the position of Deputy Broadcasting Director of “Radio and Television of Prishtina”, Kosovo’s national public broadcaster.

Mr. Pallaska has extensive experience in insolvency law as well as regulatory public law, including but not limited to telecom, media and technology. Mr. Pallaska is also specialized in intellectual property law and is a certified Attorney for Patents, Trademarks and Industrial Designs.
